"Owners must write the vision and make it plain."

"A written company policy, human resources, and the owners vision is very important."
Your vision, goals, and character beliefs must be conveyed to your staff. How can you, your staff or partners move forward together in business unless you are in agreement.
When owners hold their staff to standards, policies, or character beliefs that are not conveyed it creates conflict in the workplace.
As you can see in today's business world with upper level leadership. When those in authority don't lead with character and integrity companies simply fail. It doesn't matter how large or small your company is. Character will take your business future than money.
Yesterdays business tactics are out the door. Things must be done differently. I believe that having the right systems in place are very important. However, having the right (leaders) employees in place is more important. Those leaders must be trained properly in order for your company to grow successfully.
As an owner, manager, or leader we have an obligation to train staff not just on systems, but on leadership and character principles. That's how companies truly grow.

If you are interested in properly training yourself or staff to take your business to the next level, please contact me immediately. Remember! Delayed obedience is disobedience!

Thanks Raymond. Great thoughts. Continue in your efforts and watch God exalt you in "due" time.

Thanks! In "due" time is His time. I'm learning to stay focused, be still, hear from Him, and then move. Be Blessed!

I agree with you fully everyone needs a vision and a plan to succeed. There is a quote by Denis Waitley that I love: "There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them."

We are have this incredible power but at times don't know how to summom these superpowers. It is times like this we need a coach or mentor to help us see our true visions and assist us to set the goals that enable us to reach our vision.

Raymond, I totally agree. I've been in HR for the last 16 years. This is one of the major issues that management faces. This issue affects the Body of Christ as well. Believers must hear God's voice first. Then, we must write the vision and make it plan/obey. Thanks for the post!
